Competitive cheerleading is when cheer teams compete against each other at a competition. At a typical cheerleading competition, teams perform a routine with music that includes stunts, jumps, tumbling. Teams are judged by a panel of cheerleading experts on difficulty and execution in front of a crow!
As the Provincial Sports Organization of cheerleading in Ontario, the OCF provides guidance and support to other Sanctioned Event Companies in order to maximize the safety and experience of all those involved in our sport.
